Future Feasts is a visual dining experience that takes form of a book, focusing on food in the far future when it is given a new purpose–for food to be a visual product instead of something that has to be eaten, and what it truly means to feast with our eyes.
The book takes form of an extensive menu, hence begins with the menu page instead of a table of contents.
It is then divided into three chapters: appetizers, mains, and desserts. Each dish contains carefully curated layers of ingredients, mixing inorganic and organic materials to emulate an immersive dining experience set in a digital age.
